    F**KIN SHIT!!!

Go for Trust dude. Nearly same price... and heaps better! Very similar to Spoon filters. Only difference is inlet diameter on spoon is slighty larger than Trust. I have used both... and both awsome. Well awsome compared to stock LOL. Not a hugggeeeee difference.

I've heard good things about the K&N filters for their price.

Personally I use an Apexi Power intake, its awesome

Unless you can show some Dyno graphs to prove otherwise, all of the filters will provide roughly the same gain.

a FILTER is used to PROTECT your engine.

a oiled cotton gauze filter is one of the best filter materials to protect your car.

K&N is a oiled cotton gauze filter.

The only thing I would say is when re-oiling your K&N, don't over oil it.
Best is to let it sit on a few sheets of newspaper for a few hours so any excess oil will drip off.

Not so much of a problem for MAP sensor equipped cars but still, you don't want oil all over your intake temp sensor from an over-oiled air filter

I think aftermarket air filters are all pretty much the same. Apexi ones are not re-usable as some people think. They need to be replaced every 25,000kms.

put the filter in 2day - its great
there was obviosuly issues wif the old one
coz the difference is quite noticeable
first gear has opened up completely and theres no more breathlessness
                      im loving it
thanks for the input guys ^^

is this filter still in teh stock airbox or is it in the open and does K&N make a filter to fit inside the stock airbox?

                        thanks
