was the pre and post tune run on the same day? ie. VAFC installed after the first run on the same day?

                  just curious...

I have the mugen intake and am looking for ecu within the next 6 months. Ill get the APFC, and there is no way the intake will provide anywhere near the gains of a ecu (or VAFC for that matter)

I was told that taking out the resonator + K+N panel filter would suffice, and this is probably correct.

Ill have it dyno'd before and after the ECU and post it up!

Look at the kph.. must of been done in 3rd gear or the g/b has really short ratios

I think i gota have some input into this as i've had had some experience with tuning a stock ITR.

IF your car has no mods and change ECU to a programmable EPROM, you will definately feel the difference in the car. All depends on the tuner. Our tuner defiantely knows what he's doing and is good with Honda's. The car had heaps more mid-range, more responsive on and off the throttle and much easier to drive.

But in saying that, you'll wont gain much on top, but mid-range gains is pretty good IMO.

That our presonal experience. Worthwhile mod if you can get tuning

if thats a dc2r it would have been in 3rd gear.

It's a stock car so no chance of FD or anything like that, if that would have an effect on the shape of the dyno curve?
