Haha... there's some funny responses in here... especially Dave's Google one...
Anyway, on a serious note, I always thought when it came to AUDM DC2R, that changing the header came first, followed by cat-back exhaust. The AUDM DC2R header sucks ass... And yeah, the stock DC2R exhaust isn't bad... there's a 2" bottleneck somewhere, but apart from that, its decent enough.

ECU is best thing you can do after simple I/H/E if you don't mind a couple of re-tunes .. Similar time do the Flywheel. Overall mass isn't the central issue here, its more about keeping the weight to the centre to reduce inertia. It will have a significant impact on your 1 & 2 gear acceleration.
That will get you to around 125kw@wheels with strong mid-range improvement with the ECU Tune. If you 'throw' in some mildly aggressive cams, ie Toda B, you will likely get another 10-15kw peak with strong mid-range gains again. Then its up to whether or not you want to crack the engine open.....
If I were you and having gone down the path before, I would either build a B20 as is described very well across the forum and internet, buy a B20 or do a stock K24 conversion as a project...
B18 will never give you much torque, and the most power you can expect is around 160kw@wheels in a race engine config.
Other option - Supercharge it.
