is this worth buying? found a second hand one good priced, worth spending the 180ish? also is there and power gain from it or is it just the sound, dont have the cash atm for mugen intake lol

Which car is this for? i'm guessing DC5? Have you done any searchs on their website or their research development department regarding the specs of it?

i don't think j's racing offers that type of intake for the dc5. only seen them on b series.

I paid a lot more for mine :P I think its great.. Maybe not the BEST for power, but an awesome induction noise and a good all round compromise without going custom / velocity stack.

I'm pretty sure there is a whale intake system from J racing for DC5 which has their entry scoop just below the bonnet on and just above the upper grille area. But I think the price is more like 800+ for the DC5 model haha.

i sold my mugen intake for $550 if its for a DC2R Mugen all the way dont bother with J's racing is just noise really the mugen intake pulls so much harder through Vtec...
