Are the mounts U62 or U70???

If you pull one of the urethane inserts out it will have a number on the back which tells you which grade it is.
62a street
70a race
88a extreme race
94a most extreme race

By feel the 62a you should be able to push on it. The 70a will feel a little more solid. The 88a you wont be able to press in much and the 94a feels almost solid.

I bought a set from Yonas for an EK4. They are the 62a ones.

I was a bit worried they weren't going to be stiff enough, but, i was wrong. They're perfect and work very well on my pretty much track specced EK4.
