I've just bought one and am going to do a major service on my own. So I need a timing belt kit, plugs, leads, oils etc. Anyone know where I can get them cheaply in Melbourne?

Does anyone have a good list of what is needed for a 100K service?
My car is at 91000K and I was not sure if there should have been a service at 90K, but would think the 100K should need:
Timing Belt
Plugs
Oil
Coolant Flush and replace
Water Pump and or Oil pump ??
any other seals?
The engine is fine and not using oil, or water
no visible leaks
Any help would be good
Thanks, Chris

i usually refer to the factory service manual schedule, which you can get from here:

In future, it would be smart to check with them via email if they have the parts in their warehouse, or if they will have to order them in from O/S. Their website can be a bit misleading in that respect - said my parts were 'available'.
