please ignore my ignorance...but what is a "RBC and TB".....i dont have much of a car background, more of a medical background and the only RBC i know is red blood cell and TB as tuberculosis......lol

TB means Thottle Body and RBC i have a mind blank haha

rbc is an intake manifold off an accord euro-r, popular mod in the states, check out club rsx for all the info on it
