u really think the aus market will be willing to pay 50k plus for a honda? why would they when the most common car at that price is an SS or XR8? then u can consider the entry level euro cars at that price range eg: VW

i see ur point, but for d major vtec junkies i reckon they would, i payed nearly 42large all up for an ek4 back in 96 like many other ppl hence so many ek4s on ozzy roads, and now all the dc5s n fn2 42+ price tag not on d road, u dont think ppl would fork that extra for a proper jdm typeR? i think they would, i know here in oz turbos n v8 r much more 'appealing', but i think us honda boys do hold our on. its the great debate of the century this topic..n i reckon we can only try to see if there really is a future for jdm typeRs. also it was a bbig call to allow ep3s in along side new fn2sdont u think?

hell yeh...i honestly think it would sell well here even if ppl dont really know the typeR signature well, coz four door appeal to many 'normal' drivers, i see heaps of older ladies driving fn2 civics n im sure they would appreciate d jdm fd2r

Agree with Gunpoons, Would defianantly pay extra for JDM Goodness but it has to be proper JDM Spec! would even consider a FD2R since theirs no new S2000 to be released!

haha an nsx! but it is still nearly 20 years old! i've had 2 integra's and a wrx.. looks like ill be goin back to subaru or mitsu for my next ride unless honda release's something good!
