What's the correct offset for DC5 typeR with CE28N 17 x 7.5?

for a slightly more agressive than standard +40 to +43 for really agressive +30 to +38

If they are evo offsets then I doubt you will need spacers. They should bolt on fine as is. What is the offset?

As I remember is +50

its +38 if it's the stock offset for evo 7/8/9

I'd imaging these would be around the 30's 30/32/38
