ticking/clicking noise from my front right wheel area

hey guys, i have an annoying issue that i really have to sort out.
i'm getting this clicking or ticking noise which closely resembles the sound of a small stone lodged in the tyre treads, but it isn't.

I've taken the wheel off and found no stone.
It is audible around 60km/h and gets louder around 100km/h, but the noise isn't there below 40km/h. The noise is there when accelerating, decelerating, and it's still there when i'm on the brakes until it falls below 40km/h then the noise is gone.

the noise is consistent with the revolution of the wheel, and it's driving me insane
I can't hear it without my window down of course, but i would rather sort out this issue to have it turn into something more serious later on...

would anyone have any suggestions as to how to solve this problem?

            thanks guys.
i just got new tyres, so i don't think it's the tyres that's making the noises.
i'll go get a mechanic to check it out and hopefully it's nothing too serious.
