this is new to Toyota but Ferrari has been doing this for a looooong time.

Ferrari sells everything from front wings to steering wheel to brake disc to wheels + used tyres and even sell their complete F1 racers (delivery after 3 years from the year of competition tho, to safe guard their know-how).

i wonder if a set of brembo calipers and carbon disc would fit on our type Rs LOL.

I know about the Ferrari selling complete cars to the highest bidder, but i don't know about them selling off smaller bits like what Toyota is doing now.

yeh, i was in vegas about 12 months ago and at the wynn casino they have a ferrari shop and museum, in the shop they had block mounted pistons and cogs out of gearboxs and shit like that for sale,think they may have even had a short block too, all from f1 race or test cars. prices started at like 2K for like a wheel nut from memory

LOL it would be scary before you get it up to the operating temperature window.

There was one recently that went at auction for around $6m (they are collectors items) .. Think it was a 2002 model.
