IMO, go for a small hot hatch
Clever man. I did toy with the idea of a Clio Cup or a Megane F1. I want a RWD car this time though. Something I can also use for touring. That's why the S2000 was a leader. I love small doses of rood down driving. Most of the time I'd drive with a Mugen hardtop but for fine and not too hot days I'd love the idea of the RWD convertible. I'd look at MX5s if I didn't think they had become a middle aged womas car. We've had 3 of them traded lately, all by elder women.

Nah, I'm an NA fanboy. I don't chase HP. Would prefer a well sorted lightweight NA car.

There are quite a few nice MX-5s lowered with good wheel offsets and you can always get over fenders. But too bad it's one of those cars that people say it looks cute hahahaha

kinda thought so about the rwd factor In this case, 350z gets my vote. Might get killed by people in here, but isn't S2k abit high maintenance as it ages?? In my impression, bigger capacity engines tend to last longer than a small capacity high stressed engine.

I disagree with high maintenance regarding the S2000. Mine is 6ish years old now and i have had no issues what so ever. If anything, my clutch is on its way out. Other than that, i see no other extraordinary expense required to keep it on the road.

It all comes to how the previous owners treated the car like regular services etc my previous s2k had no problems at all apart from the brake master cylineder which need replacing. Maintenance is cheap for a s2k.
