And stock DC5R quicker in straight line than DC2R? Dreaming man... haha! Possibly the JDM, but not the AUDM DC5R.
So I would believe on paper, DC5R probably about 7.5 seconds quarter mile.
But do as Dave says and go to WSID and then brag to your mates about your quarter mile with proof...

i think 7s 0-100 and 15s 0-400m is to be expected from a standard dc2r.
the uk mags test to 60mph which is slightly less than 100km/h, and in some cases the difference between an extra gearchange or not, so its hard to compare UK acceleration figures to ours.
as a guide i did one run on a flat surface in my dc2r with light mods (mbit421s,FGK PG) and got 6.8s 0-100km/h time using Driftbox (as used by motor and Wheels now i think..) but it was only 1 run and i am by no means proficient in fast-launching.
i then had a go inmy friends BMW M3 CS and pulled a 5.2s time - makes the R feel a bit slow in a streight line.."What's the point of racing a car that doesn't look cool?" - Nakai-san, RWB

But this evo mag clearly states 0 - 62
