    lock nuts for OEM Rims?

    Hi all,
I have a DC2R and am wondering if anyone has any more info on this.
I've read the numerous articles on how Honda nuts are a ball and radius type. I've been looking everywhereand at honda too but where can you get locknuts to suit? in black?

What do you guys use for your OEM Rims?

    Thanks

Unfortunately the only aftermarket lug nut that is rounded at the end to suit honda oem rims are the gray spoon lug nuts. However they are not locking .
Some owners use rays lug nuts on their oem rims but most people here will highly discourage this.
Guess its a question of how badly you want locking nuts?

Yeah but not the hot sexy coloured ones. Though, I suppose you could colour it yourself.

Thanks for the replies, geee they don't make things easy. I guess I don't really need lock nuts but thought it a good idea to get just in case...

yeah using rays lock nuts and other nuts on OEM rims arent good because of the rim type being flat and will end up causing thread damage well thats what i was told so i ended up going back to using OEM nuts

                    hope that helps

DC2RKID, so your running stock wheels with Rays nuts?
Isn't that really bad for the wheels or something?
