They are continuing the lease indefinitely due to housing downturn. Not in the owners best interest to subdivide and sell off right now.

I say re-open Amaroo and refurb Eastern Creek. There have been rumours of Amaroo re-opening the last few weeks.

It's 30 minutes outside of Sydney. Much closer than Winton or Wakefield Park to civilisation.
