it is the magical key with the immobilizer code in it that Honda uses to copy to give you new keys when you lose your old keys...

i am SHIT scared of losing my one key to my car, but am too lazy to get a new one coded for $80 in Cabra...

                weird eh?

My DC2R ECU stopped responding randomly one day and I towed the car to Honda and had to pay for a whole new ECU to be fitted which cost over $500 (also had a full service included, can't remember exact price breakdown). It came with 2 new black keys and 1 red key.

I praise Honda's mechanical reliability, but wtf? It was pretty unlucky for electronics to fail like this.
