can any who has driven both DC5S and DC5R tell me how the DC5S vtec engagment is compared to the DC5R

Seriously what is the point of this question?
You dont buy a car for the way it engages VTEC.
That means absolutely NOTHING about how the car performs, or accelerates...
In a perfect situation you should NOT be able to feel the VTEC engage, it should be seamless and unnoticeable.... retired/ -

Vtec Change over is abit smoother than in the DC5R, could be the more sound deadening i dont know, just put an intake on it, it will "pop" on hard on a K20Toda Racing /// Gruppe-M /// KproComment

I know that my TypeS Vtec is fully tabuli sick cuz!!!!! Pulls my nuts back behind my ass
It goes to 8.5k, and it has more aggressive cams than the RLast edited by PolitoHood; 22-11-07, 01:21 PM.

say the word "bar" softly.....then stick a something big up your arse then the tone of your voice will change to "BARRRRRRRRRRRRRRR" thats the sound of vtec engaging in a dc5 LOL

the TypeS does have the JDM intake cam afterall...
