Go to bunnings and buy a strip of aluminium.
Use a bench vise and a hammer.
Drill some holes and pop rivet

depending on the thickness it shouldnt be flimsy, the ones your looking at on ebay would be similar anyway

theres probably a hole behind your number plate holder anyway, so even if you move the plates, there's gonna be a hole right inthe middle of your front bar

dude...its really not that hard...

what you need:
- 2x mini 90 degree brackets (purchased from bunnings for $2)
- 2x screws (purchased from bunnings for $0.20)
- 2x existing number plate bolts (youve got these)
- Power drill (ask your dad)
- Drill bit (ask your dad)

1. Screw your number plate to the mini brackets, on on each side to line it up.
2. Trial where you want the number plate to be.
3. Mark it with white out.
4. Drill the holes.
5. Screw it in.

And no, im not a scientist, or a magician...
