3 point is basically your OEM seat belt.

According to the cams PDF harness are really only 4 points and up.

The reason i''m asking this is, my recaro holds my upper body good...but lower body will move. Hence i'm hoping there's something that can hold my lower body down.

A harness will still only hold the upper body.

Usually a proper bucket seat will control the thighs, but if you're using normal seats, you can brace your body against the mid console or door using your legs.

I guess, i just don't want to wear down my side booster of my recaro (like most of ITR's recaro). Hence the thought of something else that can prevent my lower body from moving. But anyway, thanks to all who reply to my question
