Just compared specs on http://www.honda.com.my/ to the Japanese site and it looks identical, including 165kw engine.
Pardon my ignorance, but after some google searching I couldn't confirm 100 RON is readily available across Malaysia? Anybody know? I found a lot of forum posts suggesting 97 RON premium and nothing 100 RON.
Caltex list 97 RON as their maximum in Malaysia.

From memory us has an ultra low rating system but the ron still is higher then ours ....

In America the service stations use the Pump Octane Number or PON rather than RON. this is the average of RON and MON and gives a much better grade, and is also why the American gas always seems not as good as our when in fact it is is the same (and has better quality control). But even this system can be abused by adding octane boosters to poor fuel.

also in this instance it is much like the nismo z-tune
Anyone can backyard it and slap turbos on and give the same power as the nismo z-tune if not more as many gtr have done but the thing is backyard jobs/tuner jobs does not come with a factory backed warranty.
It might be super easy to tune 100ron cars to 95ron but backing it with warranty and other things might mix it up abit.
