wow, when i first started going to Josh in my EM1 back in 2001 i thought it was just a good place to go since it was close to work! I would drive straight passed MRT on the way there from my office in Rhodes. I have never regreted any service received from Josh from him installing a clutch in the EM1, finding the source of rattles in my DC5R, servicing my GTT (and yet to go there for my DC5S). Definitely agree with the praises he receives regarding attention to detail and thumbs up to him making you feel like the only customer he has when you are there (knowing that this is not the case).
