    sms alarms

    just wondering wat happens when u run out of credit for your sms in the alarm or the credit expires?
    how do u put more credit on when the sim is inside the sms/alarm box thing?

    you pull the sim card out put it in your phone and recharge

    best is just get a $10 plan or if they still haev those $0 plan and you pay for what ever you use

      but wouldnt it mean the simcard box thing is easily accessible and mean its a shit install? since would be theives could just disconnect the box and it wouldnt sms u when ur being robbed?

        i would assume tat... if your car is being broken into... an sms will be sent to u... so... regardless whether the thief find the box or not u still get the sms...

            Use the Vodafone pre-paid 365 days package. You can also recharge online so you don't need to pull the sim out Also a bonus is since minimum recharge is $20, you get the 365 day plan so it has a long expiry date

              some reason when i recharged online (Bpay) the credits didnt go through. rendering the units function useless... need to look into it. very annoying.

                $20 for a yr...thats awsome

                car should take more then$20 a yr for sms...if it does...theres a problem with where you're parking

                      oic...I've never had any problems...I use my CC though.

                      I currently have one in my car and it's fine...I've only purposely set it off once...lol
