    Insurance with ECU modification

    Can i ask to show of a hand what ECU and which insurance company u're with?
    Any problem with the RACV insurance?

        called up RACV this morning. they are okay with the ECU modification on with my policy as long as its not supercharge or tubro charged =)

          I find that interesting they wouldent Insure mine ^_^..

          but maybee that was mainly other reasons.. but i found that Justcars are pretty good..

          and i doubt you would do an ECu mod and not do other stuff right?

          because RACv wont insure most of the "Typical" mods people do..

            Nonstandard or modified ECUs or controls are unacceptable for Comprehensive, TPFT and TPPD Insurance on turbo charged or supercharged vehicles.

            That's the official guideline for racv insurance.
