    Difference between the Models. 98 - 00

    I dont mean to sound like an idiot or anything, Im sorry if this question may have been raised before already, but I am looking to buy a DC2-R,

    But I do not know the differences (if there are differences) between a 1998 DC2-R model to a 2000 DC2-R model.

    And is there a 2001 model? o_O;
    Can someone care to explain?

    Is there unique differences that you can identify the two models apart?

    No flaming please :x

    Thanks in regards.

    don't think there is much or any difference through the dc2r range (nothing performance wise anyways).

    and yes there is a 2001 model dc2r.

                          They are b18c5 00-01 ITR cam right? I think we had the same spec as UK or EU so maybe different.

                          So annoying... why there are so many b18c(?) around the world? 1,2,5,6 and 7

                            So your saying the type-r was first released in 99 for AUDM, but why are there '1998' models around? And so the only difference between the '00 models and the 98-99 models is the camshaft and exhaust?

                            I was looking for a 2000 model to purchase, but it tends that theyre heaps more rare to find, and 2001? I didnt even know they existed!

                            Im still confused, sorry if i sound like a noob :x
