Yeah, the test is from a BMI. It is on the english Hot Version Rocket Rotary DVD, not sure which edition of the japanese Hot Version it is from.

Its on Hot Version Vtec Club Volume 2..........Vol 1 is S2k and Vol 3 is Jazz, Vol 4 is Odyssey.....
