DC5R help needed

Hey guys, im looking at buying a set of headers and coilovers for my dc5r. Can't decide what way to go with the headers and coilovers. Was looking at PLM Headers, and Progress coilovers.
Any thoughts/personal experience?
What do you guys recommend?

Which headers did you end up going for?

A mate had PLM headers in his dc5r and said they went alright even though it was untuned.
