Honda has revealed a new SUV concept at this week’s Shanghai Auto Show, in the form of the Concept D.
The D, which likely stands for ‘D-segment’ or ‘large car’, is not a next-generation MDX - the current model only launched in 2014 - but rather a new flagship model for the Chinese market.
Details of the new concept have not been revealed, although Honda confirms today’s unveiling is the first glimpse of a coming mass-production model.
The carmaker promises “high-quality driving and a spacious cabin”, but specific features and dimensions have yet to be detailed
