215? 225? on 17x8.5?

hey all.
looking to change tyres and going for ku39.
running 17x8.5 with 235 atm.

mostly street driving. thinking about either 215 or 225s. what u guys rkn?

will 215 be legal lol?

Do u want a stretched look? If so for for 215. Ok 8.5 rim I would go 225 minimum.

But that's just me

I've used 225 on 8.5 and loved it, tiny bit of stretch and felt good on track. However I'll be running 215 on my 9" for stance haha

ended up going 225/45 on KU39.
feels good so far.
wonder how long they last for.
