Hey guys, I'm about to get my front guards rolls and noticed that there are the plastic inner guards. Would I have to cut these guards In order for the guards to be rolled ?

No you don't have to cut them, but when the front guards are rolled you'll no longer be able to correctly clip in the guard liners so they may hang down. Also unless you cut the liners you won't really gain any clearance, since even though the guard has more room the guard liner is still in the same spot, and the tyre will rub it.
