Buzzing gearshift lever

I just noticed that my gearshift tends to buzz at certain rpm including idle. On some of my other hondas this was a result of the rubber bush/cylinder at the bottom of the lever being worn. Anyone else got this problem/a solution - on my Civics I just replaced them.

tighten the bolt holding the shifter onto the shift rod under the car.
