Does anyone know where I can get a Top One splitter from? Ive looked around and it seems like they are pretty hard to get a hold of now.

Most likely. Did you guys fabricate that yourselves? I've been considering getting all my aero locally made. (I can't justify the idea of a uni student spending 2k on a carbon wing)
