    Gearknob Adaptor Ring

Hey guys, recently got a SKUNK2 Gearknob for my DC5S.

After putting it in ive knoticed the leather doesn't cover up, i was told that you can get adaptor rings to cover it up so it looks like a DC2R gearknob (Pics below)

                Norm beat me to it.

Same shit, but seems to be different ones for normal and leather shift boot by strutking.

I believe you put it under the shift boot, then screw it onto the shifter, then shift knob ontop which connects the shift boot to the knob also acting as a lock nut

You take the whole centre console off. Its quite easy. 4-6 bolts. Unclip at the cigerette lighter end and gentle shift it forward and down to lift up past the hand brake. All has to be done after you've removed the gearknob.

And by that you mean... once you've unplugged it all... Taken the leather shifter off like in the video, you put the adapter ring on and put the leather back on and screw it all back right?
