To be honest I think it looks ugly. However, looks is really subjective.

It will be interesting to see how and whether the Australian delivered CTR is different from the JDM version.

The differences are very minimal...some cosmetic & some mechanical, but engine output is still the same...

But I like the sedan Civic Type R...I think it looks great...well best without the wing anyways...

About bloody time... Honda needs some decent sports cars in its AUS showrooms to attract the younger Honda fans.

I swear the only people at the Honda stand at the motorshow last year were old asian/ethnic grandparents looking to upgrade their Accord to another Accord

I can't help but think how much of a publicity stunt the video was (duhhh). I mean "This car does accelerate well. We're up at 220 kph now... ummm... which is very impressive"... haha he sounds so bored! lol

i will say, if you are willing to pay the same price range as a evo 9 for a civic R, then you will get the chance. or else, watered down version is all you can even hope for

We may not get the UK version of the CTR (hatch), maybe in regards to cost.

We already get the Thailand sourced JDM/US market civic, so if we were to get the CTR, I think the Sedan based model would be more than likely.

But, until Honda AU announce anything, don't get your hopes up

Works fine i just checked it.
Have to say i would like to get hold of one of these eventually but i think i`ll take a Euro Accord R first.
I personally love the rear bumper and rear and a vtec indicator oh the joys
A bit more power would have being nice why they don`t push in more is a let down.
Be interesting to see weight and how it holds it pace trackwise for a sedan.
