dont know the history of either. however from a buying point of view i would say that both have high kms so you wouldnt want to pay top dollar. the black one is way over priced for the kms and zero mods, however the white one's owner works at honda (i imagine it's kept well) and basic stuff is on which is somethign i would look at. price is good too
