Wanted First Integra

Hey guys,
Just a quick post. Turning 18 soon and it's time I buy my P plate car. Im running a My11 WRX for track use at the moment but I need an everyday car.
Heres what im looking for

Integra DC5R
less than 100,000km
Pref black or white... but i dont mind
budget 22k MAX but should include basic mods
Close to clean factory or light mods

Pretty stockish (looking to do further work myself)

any help guys?

DC5R's are all manual so you don't need to worry about specifying that, hehe...

Where do you track the rexxy?

haha yes indeed, iv been club racing since age 12. I won the 2010 Junior Victorian Motorkhana championship in a Subaru Impreza R which I just recently traded in for the WRC Rally Blue WRX not need to be jealous

track down at phillip island mainly dad rallied and raced for years so its in my blood <3

any ideas on the integra? im very keen

ahh ill keep trolling around on the forums and asking questions, im sure ill gain access eventually. turning 18 in June but rents finally agreed for my new garage spot to become filled in Jan, hopefully with a clean DC5R

Welcome dude!

K Swap means putting a K series motor (dc5r or accord) into a DC2R (which run a B series motor)

im not sure if that is allowed on P plates is it in Victoria? pretty sure engine has to be complete stock to the chassis, correct me if im wrong :|

done know about victoria but over here in nsw rta law specifies that if your gonna engine swap you cant go over 15% displacement gain, so b18 to k20 is within that 15% and should be legal, i might be wrong though and K24 however.. not sure, other members who've done it can fill us both in =P, or just be a hero and do it and drive it anyways =P had an older mate running a sun dmged hardcore red ek cxi with a k24 motor with straight pipe and other mods, hasnt been pulled over, but his cars gone now.

doubt you'll clear in Vic, you're from Doncaster area near me, should catch up some time vic these day's you're not allowed to do anything that adds KW. Not to mention OP comes from around the east side where cops know more shit about their cars should pick up a DC2R if you want a more raw feel :P I can give you a demo in mine, as long as you don't bag my driving with your kick ass rally skills.

Khanga sounds sick, but yeh your right, copsthis side knowtheir shit and we can't do anything. Iv actualy extended my budget for this dc5r now, ranging to 22,500 but top nick shit I'm only 17 so when I get it I can't even go out by myself :/ but meet up sounds good

Ohh and I don't think I'm keen on the swap outs, simply because i don't have my garage anymore with engine hoists and underground pit :/ but thanks for all your suggestions cold air intake a must mod?

Plagal I have again extended my criteria, budget boosted to $22,000, light p plater mods are also ideal. Link me any info guys also I'm not whinging about it, but how long or how many posts till trading section is available? I'm not too keen on car sales, I'd rather you guys, the enthusiasts
