Today, the Australian Bureau of Statistics released the Causes of Death, Australia, 2012 report.

Sadly deaths by suicide has reached a ten year peak of 2,535.

This is a reminder to those who are suffering that they are not alone in their battle. You have worth. You have purpose. You're alive for a reason. Don't give up.

I understand that suicide is the biggest killer in Australia for people under 35. It really is a sad story.
