I've been abit slack on this forum so here a thread with some of the recent updates on the car. Its done its test at Eastern Creek and Wakefield now. The results so far is quite pleasing in its current state, quicker lap times are just around the corner.

Wakefield Test Day

It was a pretty good day for some testing for the car. With only 4 cars in total for the day, there was alot of track time.

All we can disclose is that car is quicker than the old set-up. It didnt hit the time the team predicted but netherless its still a quick time. There is still a few issues that needs to be tweaked and fixed

Aero package is more noticable at Eastern Creek. It does help a little at Wakefield

From the last test day at wakefield the wheel alignment settings were never right. This was confirm on the wheel alignment tool.

Front toe in 12mm
Rear Toe in 4mm

Alignment spec will be done to honda's manual.

The team headed down to wakefield park a few days ago for the Evolution Oz Trackday. It was one of the best trackday's that i have been too in a long time. There were alot of nice and fast cars which made the day very interested. The BYP Civic placed 6th overall for the day with a best time of 1:06.2(http://www.natsoft.com.au/cgi-bin/re...010.WAKE.S6.Y). Pretty happy with the result considering we ran the car with a standard 6 speed transmission for this event. The car will definately lap in the low 1:05's next time out with the same set-up
