Hey guys,

I've popped down to Kingscliffe/Cabarita Beach/Murwillimba for a long weekend to take in the excitement of the World Rally Championship. Having a great time so far...and thats Day 1.

Here are a couple of pictures I took from the Service Park this morning...Super Special Stage tonight was pretty dark, so no action shots just yet. Will be checking out a couple of stages tomorrow...so hopefully will get some shots in.

Anyway...its great seeing these cars up close...its basically what we all aspire to build our cars into in terms of parts etc...just used in a different way.

From what you've told me, It's awesome how they all just seem so layed back about the entire thing. Like those pics are from the pits... and they are within "grabbing" distance. Also how you said Cody Crocker was folling you in his WRC STi through the mountains...

That entire experience would be insane. I might go next year...

It alternates between Australia and New Zealand...so your going to have to wait 2 years now...should have come this time round!
