hmmm, im dropped in skunk2's and i have no body roll, they seem to be really good (for springs) but i do wanna upgrade to coils so i can set up for track days/ drop it for meets.

the thing is, i drove it for like 2 hours max on the weekend.

first impressions are good. cause i can play with the stiffness settings and ride height.

i had eibachs b4 and it wasnt stable at all. maybe the skunks are different

This guy is correct. Using the OEM steel rounded nuts will also be raping the softer aluminium seats on your wheels.
