Hi Everyone,
Won some cash at the casino a few weeks back & decided to treat myself to some new headers, Picked up some wheel nuts & brake pads also.
The headers are T1R street headers that i bought from JDM Yard @ a very good price, Pm EG5 (yonas) for more details. included in the price was a EP3 sway bar so that was very handy becuase i didnt need to chase one, the fact that it was bundled in the same box was even better as i didnt need to carry around 2 boxes
Anyways took the car past "Performance exhaust center" in Northmead (Pm me for details) to have all this stuff fitted up, Fitted a new 200cell high flow metal cat & some piping to connect to the Fuji cat back, so far no problems with sensors or anything the like, the actuall header itself is of very good build quality, especially around the sensor bungs & flanges, its also a considerable amount lighter than the stoack header system.
upon my first drive i didnt really notice to much change in sound on idle or throughout the rev range, through the v-tech enagament point & onwards their is a decent amount of more noise than cat only set up but nothing to over the top.
The main thing i noticed was alot more torque/pulling power in the low to mid rev range, the car actually performs the way i like now. it actually feels like a small sorta boost almost
Anyways, highly reccomed these headers for anyone looking for a street application that doesnt cost a fortune.
The next thing was some R40 wheel nuts, i bought them cause they look cool, thats all!
brake pads, Forgot the brand name but their red & come from japan, their awesome, so awesome that they have saved my life twice since fitting them up, talk to yonas @ Jdm yard for Hook up's
