On road list price for an SS is $52590. I paid $42k. You don't get it do you?

TypeSexy, I have a mate that is seriously interested in a Clubsport for $50,000. He said if he can get it one at that price, him and his father will buy one. If they buy 2, they should able to get them cheaper. His dad called bullshit on this, and said that he'll buy 5 at that price. Can you hook it up please? Hook it up for me, i'll arrange for them to go down and pick them up.

Personally I don't believe you. I have worked at a dealership before, and Monty is the Sales manager of a car Dealer - I think he knows a little better. But please prove us wrong, and hook my mate up please. Find out how much one costs, fully optioned onroad, and let me know. Also what the discount is on 2-5 of these cars. I'm assuming if he buys 5, he'll be paying around $35,000 per unit?

just saying, i had a mate at the goldie pick up a new ss ute at the end of fin year for $27k plus on roads, no wonder these cars have no resale value, i'm sure i read a story that said the clubsport was the fastest/highest depreciating car on sale in the country

$27k plus on roads is also dubious considering you dint hand over two seperate cheques. People always like to tell mates they got it for less too. It's a bit of a chest beating thing. I don't believe anyone couldve gotten an SS any cheaper (maybe a few hundred) but not not thousands. I had mates that worked at other dealerships that couldn't get me this price so that carries weight too.
