Yeh this one should be able to. But to be able to play on max settings you'd need like triple crossfire/sli or something, lol. IMO not worth it. It's a 3 year old game with so much demand... You'd need to spend something like $1500-2000 on graphics cards and maybe even overclock them and run water-cooling just to get close to 100fps on max settings for everything lol.

Have a look at benchmarks!

The 5870 is currently the best single gpu card on the market!

Why would you set PC to 100fps when human eyes can't detect anthying faster than 60fps? That's the reason why anything more than 60fps is never set by developers. It's just wasting processor power. If you can run 60fps easily just juice up res and effects.
