            That is incorrect Eddie.

            You're only a hoon if the person that see's you doesn't hoon as well.

            So for example you cruise along another vehicle and they decide to fang it with you then you both cancel each other out and are considered driving normal.

            Only if they dont follow along or raise their pinkies then you are considered a hoon.

            However if they are driving below the speed limit at ridiculously slow speeds in which case you are exempted from teh hoon title and may proceed to fang it past them in order to over take.

                Meh I always thought round abouts where put there just for that purpose, to see how fast you can go around them.

                Besides I think it looks really cool to go around a corner at the limit and then watch the guy behind u try it only to fail and hit the curb.
