yeah tried it on tonys car, i think with a semi charged battery (straight out of the box, never charged before).. came off fairly easy..

Yep, they're 18v impacts rated at 220 or 250nm, so they whipped lug nuts off easy on a half dead battery.

Speaking for tools... I've gone & got a hoist.

New Toy !!! Hoists used to cost heaps, but are becoming quite reasonable. Some big brands still do.... Molnar! Mine has a minimum pick-up height higher than 120mm, My car is about 100mm. So I had to get a set of Go-Jacks. Lifts to 1800mm.
Then to make life easier I got some work lights & a nice Oil Catcher thing for Oil changes. Tool Box (red on black trolley) in the corner.
Best bit is never having to crawl under cars on stands ever again.
