There would of been a well known black DC2R next to it if he would of washed his car earlier.

They are the original Recaro's. Just new frabic. Was done by previous owner. Haven't seen any other like it at all.

It did have an ugly plastic plate holder there before. But it was ugly as sin. And with the front bar in the condition it is (shit.), i will hopefully be getting a new one soon'ish.

So i have conflicting reports about the seats. Can anyone confirm what Recaro's they are? They definately are Recaros because of the plate at the side where you adjust them.

Your seats look like the original Recaro SR4 seats found in the DC5R however just retrimmed with leather, like you originally said.

So what are people meaning by FN2R? The style that they're trimmed?

The latest Civic Type R is the FN2R. The seats are Recaro's in black and red trim, with that same sort "Type R" Badge... though i was under the impression it was fabric.. still yours a nice, would not have ben cheap to retrim with leather like that..

FN2/FD2 buckets are not Recaro, just "type r". they are similar to recaros on Dc2/5 with suede like material on the outside and fabric on the inside.
