OEM Lip, it's an option bodykit, US call it A-Spec body kit. People usual go for aftermarket kit instead as OEM kit is more exp from the dealer. I found out the hard way...

Running new set of Pirelli P7000, not the best but serves my daily auto well.
Before I got Advan AD-07, two wear out, two for sale.
