any DSLR camera will do, just use S (shutter priority) and choose a shutter speed between 1/30 -1/100 depending on your conditions. i prefer this type of photos for cars as it shows that the cars are actually moving at fast speeds rather than being frozen in motion.

you also need to move the camera with the car (actually follow the car with the lens) while you take the shot this will keep the car in focus while everything is in motion blur.
