    My DC2R

Just learnt this technique in photoshop yesterday so I gave it a go with an image of my DC2R. What do you think?

nice clean job on a nice clean car. however, it does look a little dull to me.

Well it was taken with a P&S on a very overcast day with no processing apart from the greyscale.

          Nice one Iz

dang all you do is use the selector tool to select the car copy n paste it as a new layer then greyscale the original layer, leaving the car with all the colour still... HTH

            Looks great!

If anything else, I would like to see a bit more saturation in the pic to give a better representation of phoenix yellow though

hmmm if anything... to bring the yellow colour up, in photoshop go into Image > Adjustments > Selective Color > then select Yellows in the Colors: box and have a play around, see if you can make the yellow car more vibrant.

I personally think it stands out nicely.
