number plates - what color looks best?

hey guys, im thinking of getting some personalised plates but just wanted to get some opinions on what style plate looks best on a NHB DC5R??

So far ive been thinking of:
1. mettalic black on gold
2. mettalic gold on black
3. red

what you guys rekon? any input?

reason i say that is coz i find the the blue on the number plates doesn't match up with the blue paint too often ... and most other colours for the matter, i only like white and black because you dont notice the variation as much and looks a tad cleaner... but its not an issue with most people, my mate had a blue s14 with blue plates, red on yellow/black etc
