After a wash... Share your pics

    Hi,

Thought this would make a good sticky since lots of us like sharing more than one picture after a good wash/wax. Not a good idea - mods delete. Is a good idea - start posting!

    - Method of clean
    - If car wash, where?
    - Picture

    Start?!?!?

    Hi All,

Went to a touch-free place on Vardy's Road Kings Park, NSW. Got a standard high pressure spray, high pressure soap, then high pressure spray again. Took it home for a wipe down and wax. Here is a pic:

i just dont understand the logic behind having to use buckets instead of the hose.. i rekon i'd use less than half the amount of water im wasting now with a bucket if i were allowed to use my high pressure cleaner

i think mine would be the same as everyone else, unless you live in an area with recycled water taps.

            http://www.sydneywater.com.au/Saving...rRestrictions/

            The Level 3 restrictions are:
            • Hand-held hosing of lawns and gardens and drip irrigation is now allowed only on Wednesdays and Sundays before 10 am and after 4 pm
            • No other watering systems or sprinklers are to be used at any time
            • A permit from Sydney Water is required to fill new or renovated pools bigger than 10,000 litres
            • No hosing of hard surfaces including vehicles at any time
            • No hoses or taps to be left running unattended, except when filling pools or containers
            • Fire hoses must only be used for fire fighting purposes – not for cleaning.

Water restrictions level 3 apply in all suburbs...you can just hose if you have a rain water tank or running recycled water...

Hey at least you guys are still lucky, we're at level 5 now and that means no washing of cars, only allowed to wipe down number plates, windows and windscreens

Amongst other restrictions we have to follow too so yeah!
